I was drawn to HoopYogini™ by the fun and joy it seemed to bring to it's practitioners, only to discover that not only did it indeed, bring fun and joy, but my body responded very well to the practice. I have been active all my life and the past couple of years my low back had really begun to bother me. Through the HoopYogini™ practice, I found that the attention to posture, through a range of movements, was what I really needed for myself. Little by little, I noticed that pain and discomfort that was almost a daily sensation, began to wane. My core became more integrated and my movements more deliberate and strong.
