The Muse is calling you.
Can you hear Her? Of course you can but are you listening?
What is she asking you? How is she beckoning you? . . .
Is she inspiring you to write poetry?
To start your memoir?
Activate that screenplay?
Get started on your story or novel?
Write those guided meditations?
Have you created space for her to move you?
What are your excuses?
Go ahead, count them out . . .
We've got time (or do we?)
ENROLL IN FLOW 2 FLOW
Now, get a piece of paper and fill in the blanks:
“During 2020 (aka radical moment of change), I finally [_______________] in a way that was [_______________] and it inspired [_______________]."

"[FLOW 2 FLOW is] Pure Magic! More specifically, this program made the physical manifestation of my research stop being intimidating. From creating a boundary of a timer to breaking down large subject matter into small but highly productive exercises. Adding the facets of hooping and meditation contributed greatly, knowing I'm not just sitting down to write, but also that my "work" was to hula hoop and dance made it one thousand times easier for me to get started everyday. Also, sharing the support and community of this group was crazy amazing :)"

"I loved the tips and tricks for writing that brought in my spiritual and emotional self and seemed to meld easily into my physical space where I was doing my hooping/yoga and meditation. I also loved how easy it was to accomplish 30 minutes daily, and that the routine was mixed up a bit in order to find what we liked best as individuals. It created a dynamic approach to creating a habit of small wins that lead to progress."

“There's a discipline for passion: it's not about how many times you get rejected or you fall down and get beaten up, but how many times you stand up, and are brave and you keep on going.”
- Lady Gaga
"I've gained more confidence in my writing, to the point of almost letting it write itself. i was able to recognize that if i was thinking too hard, i'd block my flow. by adding the flow aspect to my writing, i began to see my story unfold to reveal its core, speaking to me the scene or dialogue that is necessary for the audience to feel the true meaning of this piece. i also have more confidence in myself in general, knowing that i showed up and was staying true to myself this whole time. a huge benefit is knowing all the people i do now wow!!!! i feel very blessed having met so many cool and beautiful people through F2F."

"I learned tools to break down my story into manageable parts to easily put together. The meditation and the movement pieces were a big component that influenced a creative state that made my writing fun. The hacks and exercises have given me lifelong tools that I can apply to complete this project and project’s future."
"I think this course is for EVERYONE. I did not consider myself "writing" or a "writer" when I signed up. The idea of movement, writing and meditation attracted me. That everyone can work on an individual project together is amazing. That we had poets, sci-fi writers, memoirs, personal statements, etc....all in the same space, was exciting and encouraging."
"I LOVED Jocelyn and Teffanie's positive energy, support and passion for their work. I loved learning about other people's writing projects. I loved Friday Live Sessions. I loved being part of a supportive community. I loved the momentum and magic that happened in my writing life and beyond through F2F!"
