We have planned an amazing immersion for you and look forward to a delightful retreat. And, in these current times, we realize there may be Covid related or effects due to force majeure that are beyond our control.
For this reason, we have organized the following disclosures and strongly encourage that you purchase travel insurance. Please read the details in full including the deposit and cancellation policy.
COVID Precautions:
We ask that all participants are tested for COVID within 72 hours of the event. Provided the test is negative and you are not presenting with symptoms, we welcome you at the retreat.
Force Majeure:
If force majeure (e.g. pandemic, natural disasters, travel restrictions, etc.) causes the retreat to be canceled, we will offer a rescheduled date for the retreat. In this case, we will not refund payments when it is due to causes beyond our control.
If the rescheduled retreat date does not work for you, full or partial credit (not a refund) towards another one of our retreats or online programs may be possible. This will depend on the specific retreat as policies are reflective of our venue partner's policies as well.
