Flow states are activated when you engage in a familiar experience with a sprinkle of challenge. HoopYogini™ is the chosen F2F practice as it brings forward the nostalgia of hula hooping with the holistic benefits of yoga, and the creative freedom of dance. Your access to flow states increase as you embody the foundational moves and allow yourself to be lulled by the rhythm of the hoop and your breath. Note: you can always substitute HoopYogini™ with another movement practice.


Meditation is made possible when you focus on an object. That focus helps to minimize disruptive thoughts and helps you re-center when challenging emotions arise. F2F includes seven guided meditation tracks that help you focus on the breath and body as anchor points to a calm and expanded awareness. The meditations are written and spoken by Jocelyn and may inspire you to write your own guided meditations and wellness prompts.


When expressions from your mind's eye tumble onto the page, the written word blooms. In F2F, we offer exercises that expedite and organize your process of releasing thoughts with pure flow. Our process moves your creative needle from can't to can, from closed to open, from fledgling to flight. In 21 dates, you will receive writing prompts, creative inspiration and extension exercises designed to uplevel your creativity and writing plans.

Your Muse: Teffanie Thompson

An MFA graduate of Seton Hill University's Writing Popular Fiction program, Teffanie Thompson (she/her) crafts novels, picture books, inspiration concepts and short stories. She is a contributing author in Like Sunshine After Rain (2021), When I Go Outside, I Go Inside (2020), pictureless books, and Many Genres One Craft (2011). Upon invitation, Teffanie attended the 2018 Sharjah Children's Reading Festival in Dubai, UAE. In 2016, her magical realism middle-grade novel, DIRT, won an African American Literary Award.

In Texas, Teffanie is a principal for an at-risk charter high school. When not reading, streaming, or writing, she can be found spinning hula hoops. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and a HoopYogini™.

Your Moves: Jocelyn Gordon

Called a "Yoga Rebel" by Yoga Journal Magazine, Jocelyn is the creator of HoopYogini™™ and Bhakti Boogie® Yoga, holistic fitness practices merging dance with yoga and meditation.

She teaches and tours with Wanderlust Yoga Festivals, is a six year presenter at the Bali Spirit Festival, and was recently featured on Apple News as the Meditation Guide for the Essence Magazine Virtual Wellness House. Jocelyn offers online and in-person teacher trainings and coaches healers to create their first online course. 

Jocelyn is also a Pre-Conception Wellness Coach and a passionate peaceful birth advocate who firmly believes that peaceful birth creates a peaceful earth.
